What Is Low Testosterone?
Low testosterone or "low T" levels result from the inability of the testes to produce adequate quantities of testosterone. Can I use my health insurance for Primary Care and pay for a TRT membership?
At Reform ABQ, we facilitate insurance billing for Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). However, it's important to note that limitations may vary depending on your health plan. One specific requirement is that there must be two consecutive blood draws conducted before 11am, both showing testosterone levels at or below 250. Patients wanting to seek insurance coverage for TRT must establish with Reform ABQ for primary care services and are responsible for any co-payments and deducticles.
